Import books from Excel
Use the Books sheet in the supplied template. Upload the workbook and matching cover files together. A preview checks every record before saving.
Publish is controlled by each row’s publish value. FALSE saves a hidden draft. The workbook sku column is a source import reference. Catalog SKUs are assigned automatically as BB-000001. Existing source references are rejected to prevent repeat imports; edit existing records under Books and prices.
Books and prices
SKUs use BB-000001 and are assigned automatically. Available means published with a confirmed price and quantity, and stock remaining after reservations. All other records show Unavailable.
